Frisco P&Z approve amend future land use plan for possible industrial park

Frisco planning and zoning commission approved an amendment to the city’s future land use plan that would change zoning of a piece of property from suburban neighborhood to industrial. The property in question consists of 258 acres in the southwest corner of Rockhill Parkway and Preston Road.
