Plans submitted for potential Amazon HQ2 site in Victory Park

Proposals are pushing forward for a Victory Park tower that’s been pitched as a site for Amazon’s HQ2. The Dallas Morning News reported that Hillwood Urban has submitted plans to the city of Dallas and is looking for approval to build its 15-story 2601 Victory Avenue tower. According to the plans, the building will span 374,000 square feet of office space and 13,000 square feet of retail.
