Big Dallas retail spaces are about to open up. Weir's Furniture - a Dallas institution is closing locations and weighing what to do with its owned real estate.
That means prime spots in well-traveled Dallas corridors could be coming available. In DFW's #1-ranked CRE market, quality retail real estate doesn't sit empty for long. For expanding tenants. For smart investors. For landlords nearby - this is the kind of move worth watching closely. 26 years in this market has taught me one thing: change creates opportunity for those paying attention.
