Palladium USA’s project in Legacy West is slated to be the tallest high-rise apartment community in the second phase of Legacy. Reaching 30 stories and containing over 300 apartment homes from 650 SF to upwards of 5,500 SF, Palladium USA’s tower threw down the gauntlet. Trammell Crow responded by pondering its own luxury high-rise residential tower on the opposite side of the Tollway.
