Dallas, TX – Two industrial properties at 107 Pittsburg (22,000 SF) and 4849/4809 Lakawana (72,000 SF) have been sold. Larry Robbins and Angela Hawkins with Capstone Commercial represented the buyer of Lakawana and the seller of Pittsburg, and Floyd Bates & Richard Myers of Bates & Myers represented the buyer of Pittsburg and the seller of Lakawana.
