Plano, TX – A Plano based cardiologist has purchased a 15,050 SF medical office building at 4112 W. 15th Street in Plano. The seller, a pediatrician, did a sale lease back for part of the building. Debi Carter, CCIM with Capstone Commercial brokered the sale.
