"The move is expected to take place in the first half of 2019," Fiserv's director of public relations Ann Cave said.
"We will bring together approximately 600 associates from multiple existing Dallas-area Fiserv locations."
The company also has workers located in Dallas, Las Colinas and Farmers Branch that will relocate to the Frisco Station development.
The big office lease comes just a week after developers VanTrust Real Estate and Hillwood announced plans for a second office building in the project, which is part of Frisco's so-called $5 billion mile.
The 7-story building that Fiserv leased was finished late last year and has about 230,000 square feet. Data center firm Equinix is also a major tenant in the building.
It's the first phase of the $1.5 billion, 240-acre Frisco Square development which also includes apartments, hotels and retail space.
Developers VanTrust and Hillwood teamed up with landowner Rudman Partnership to build the mixed-use project.
Frisco Station is planned for 5.5 million square feet of offices, 2,400 apartments, 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, and 650 hotel rooms.
Along with the smaller office buildings, the developers are also proposing to build office towers in the development.
