The big office lease comes just a week after developers VanTrust Real Estate and Hillwood announced plans for a second office building in the project, which is part of Frisco's so-called $5 billion mile.

The 7-story building that Fiserv leased was finished late last year and has about 230,000 square feet. Data center firm Equinix is also a major tenant in the building.
