Design and consulting firm inks lease at Frisco Station office building

Companies continue to snap up office space at Frisco Station, with planning and design consulting firm Kimley-Horn inking a 32,349-square-foot lease.

The company will occupy the second floor of The Offices One at Frisco Station, located on the 242-acre Frisco Station project at the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway.

More than 150 Kimley-Horn employees will work in the office, which has access to structured parking, a fitness center and a conference center. Show Full Story

Frisco Station will also offer AT&T 5G technology, and the project in walking distance to more than 50 retail, restaurant and entertainment hubs at The Hub at Frisco Station and The Star in Frisco.

Those amenities played a role in bringing Kimley-Horn to the office park. The firm also familiar with The Offices at Frisco Station, as it’s serving as a civil engineer to The Offices Two at Frisco Station, which broke ground in September.

It has also worked on The Star and the city of Frisco’s comprehensive plan.

“We are excited to welcome one of our partners who has worked diligently alongside us to help make Frisco Station a top destination for corporate expansions and relocations,” said Geoff Meyer, executive vice president of development for VanTrust Real Estate, developer of The Offices at Frisco Station. “With the addition of Kimley-Horn and several other recently announced tenants, The Offices One at Frisco Station is almost fully leased.”

Kimley-Horn follows Brierley+Partners in leasing space at the office park. The customer loyalty firm announced earlier this month plans to relocate from Legacy Business Park to Offices One, which is among five planned mid-rise office towers slated for Frisco Station.
