Frisco's tallest new tower tops out construction
Construction has topped out on Frisco's tallest new building.
The 25-story SkyHouse Frisco Station apartment tower is being built on the west side of the Dallas North Tollway north of Warren Parkway.
The 332-unit, luxury rental community will open in September 2019.

The high-rise is part of the $1.5 billion Frisco Station mixed-use development.
"SkyHouse Frisco Station is on schedule, and we are pleased to be that much closer to offering residents the opportunity to be among the first to live in this unique building centrally located in the Hub, the centerpiece of Frisco Station," Jim Borders, president of Novare Group, said in a statement
Construction firm Balfour Beatty is the general contractor on SkyHouse Frisco Station.
Compass Bank and Trustmark Bank provided the construction financing for the project.
SkyHouse Frisco Station is the third apartment tower Novare Group has developed in North Texas. The company built two residential high-rises in Dallas' Victory Park project.
Atlanta-based Novare has other apartment tower projects in Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Colorado.
Currently there are four new residential towers being built along the Dallas North Tollway in Frisco and Plano.
Just south of SkyHouse Frisco Station, a 17-story apartment tower is being built in the Dallas Cowboy's Star development.
And south of State Highway 121 in Plano, the 29-story, 328 unit LVL 29 apartment tower will open next year in Legacy West.
The 27-story Windrose condominium tower is under construction in the same area and will open in late 2019.
Developer High Street Residential also just completed its 25-story Kincaid at Legacy apartment tower on the tollway in Legacy business park.
