Stableside at Falcon Landing is adding a second phase.

Stableside at Falcon Landing, a project of NewQuest Properties at Gaston Road and Falcon Landing Boulevard in Katy, has signed new tenants in Phase II of the 32-acre development. Play Street Museum, an entertainment space for children’s parties, events and free play, leased 2,594 square feet for its second Houston-area location. Angela Hawkins of Capstone Commercial represented Play Street Museum. Island Fin Poke Co., represented by Jeremy Wright of Fischer & Co., leased 1,406 square feet for its first Texas location. Stableside at Falcon Landing is anchored by a 102,473-square-foot Kroger Signature store and 90,000-square-foot VillaSport Athletic Club & Spa. The center is designed with a 10,000-square-foot park-like feature connecting the two phases.

“Stableside’s tenancy is geared toward creating space that encourages families to come several times a week to the development and offers multiple reasons for doing so,” Alvis said in an announcement.
