Invest Group Overseas, the Dubai-based owner of The Gate development in Frisco, is partnering with a Minneapolis firm to bring a new office campus to the project. According to the Dallas Morning News, Ryan Cos. and Invest Group Oversea will construct Auspire, which will encompass three office buildings totaling more than 900,000 square feet. The Dallas area’s tech prowess pushed it ahead of some longtime rivals in a new report — though it failed to come out on top in Texas. Companies continue to snap up office space at Frisco Station, with planning and design consulting firm Kimley-Horn inking a 32,349-square-foot lease. The company will occupy the second floor of The Offices One at Frisco Station, located on the 242-acre Frisco Station project at the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway. More than 150 Kimley-Horn employees will work in the office, which has access to structured parking, a fitness center and a conference center.
