Invest Group Overseas, the Dubai-based owner of The Gate development in Frisco, is partnering with a Minneapolis firm to bring a new office campus to the project. Design and consulting firm inks lease at Frisco Station office building
Companies continue to snap up office space at Frisco Station, with planning and design consulting firm Kimley-Horn inking a 32,349-square-foot lease. The company will occupy the second floor of The Offices One at Frisco Station, located on the 242-acre Frisco Station project at the corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway. More than 150 Kimley-Horn employees will work in the office, which has access to structured parking, a fitness center and a conference center.
